06.12.2010 First series of 6-year bonds 20% oversubscribed
In just three weeks, the first series of 6-year Edisun Power bonds was subscribed to the tune of just under CHF 6 million, 20% more than was on offer. The bond was accordingly topped up, from its original CHF 5 million to CHF 6 million, and the subscription period extended to 25 November. The second series of bonds, running from 1 February 2011 to 31 January 2017 with an attractive 3.50% coupon, offers yet another opportunity to invest in sustainable, carbon-free power supply.

22.11.2010 Central Switzerland’s largest solar power facility connected to grid
Central Switzerland’s largest solar power facility, installed on the roofs of Pistor AG in Rothenburg, was connected to the grid today. Operated by Edisun Power, the plant produces some 720,000 kWh of clean power annually.

04.11.2010 Six-year bond issue offers up to 3.75%
The bond, with a total volume of CHF 10 million, is being issued in two series at 100%. The first series runs from 1 December 2010 to 30 November 2016 and offers investors the opportunity to earn 3.75% p.a. while supporting sustainable, carbon-free power supply. The second series runs from 1 February 2011 to 31 January 2017 with a 3.50% coupon.

25.08.2010 Amendment of cash flow 1H10
Due to a technical error, the cash flow for the first half of 2010 as published yesterday must be amended. The amendment has no effect on the Group’s balance sheet, profit and loss statement, or result.

24.08.2010 Heinrich Bruhin new Chair of the Board of Directors
Edisun Power Europe AG announces that Pius Hüsser has for professional reasons handed over his position as Chair of the Board of Directors to Heinrich Bruhin. Pius Hüsser remains on the Board.

23.08.2010 Operative strategy on course – result hampered by delays in grid connections and currency effects
Consolidated sales were up 117% year on year in the first half of 2010 to TCHF 6649, while power sales increased a full 24% to TCHF 2541. And, by spending TCHF 6394 on solar power facilities, the Edisun Power Group laid a solid foundation for continuing international sales growth.

13.08.2010 Solar power facility with installed capacity of one megawatt on French grid – additional megawatt installed capacity complete in Germany
Edisun Power Europe AG is taking three facilities on line in France, with total installed capacity of one megawatt, while in Germany the Group has completed its largest installation in that country, with similar capacity. “We can also announce the sale of the Emsbüren facility,” says Mirjana Blume, the solar power producer’s CEO, in reference to the transaction which constitutes the first step toward enhancing Edisun Power’s activities as a vendor and builder of facilities for third parties.

21.07.2010 Board member Christian Androschin resigns
Edisun Power Europe AG announces the resignation of Christian Androschin, Member of the Group’s Board of Directors since 2009, effective today.

17.05.2010 Solar power to be generated on Pistor's roofs
Until autumn 2010 the biggest photovoltaic plant of central Switzerland will be erected on the roofs of Pistor AG, Rothenburg.

12.04.2010 Successful continuation of growth strategy despite difficult market environment
While 2009 was a tough year for the solar industry, Edisun Power successfully managed to implement its growth strategy. Revenue from sale of electricity increased by 33.5% year on year. Furthermore, the fact that almost 60% of such sales came from beyond the domestic market is a clear sign that the international expansion strategy has been successfully put in place and is now bearing fruit.

24.02.2010 Edisun Power appoints CTO as member of Executive Board
Edisun Power Europe AG enhances the Executive Board’s technical know-how with the appointment of Markus Kohler as CTO. Mirjana Blume, CEO of Edisun Power, has this to say about the professional engineer: "Markus Kohler is a proven expert with many years of experience in the solar power sector."

01.02.2010 Electricity production up 36.4% over previous year
“Thanks to the sun, we enjoyed terrific output in 2009,” exclaims Mirjana Blume, CEO of Edisun Power Europe AG: “more than 36% above production in the previous year!” What is more, just as the year under review was drawing to a close, the solar power producer
connected its 50th solar power installation to the electricity grid.
